Role: Fulfilment Lead (Online Retail ICT)
Reports to: Head of Online Retail
Workplace Location: Fyshwick, Canberra
Role Purpose:
The Fulfilment Lead (Online Retail ICT) is responsible for all areas of the fulfilment process for our online stores, from receiving stock, final testing and preparation, pricing and listing the products across multiple eCommerce platforms including ebay and Amazon. You will ensure that all stock is properly labelled, stored, and packed to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. Products include refurbished laptops, desktops, mobile phones and networking equipment.
You will be responsible for managing eBay and Amazon Reporting and Metrics, with an ability to interrupt data and key insights to ensure WV Tech maintains its Top-Rated Seller status. As part of this you will manage customer service for both platforms, replying to technical questions and issuing invoices upon request.
You will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management of all retail stock ensuring accurate data is entered into the ERP system, to enable appropriate reporting and planning by the business.
Success in this role you will see:
* Maintain or exceed company Gross Profit goals per sale
* Maintain "Top Seller" rating across eCommerce platforms
* Maintain Return rates or Customer complaints under 5%
* Inventory Reporting matches physical count and system data
* Orders are fulfilled and shipped within SLA's
* Provide guidance and training to junior fulfilment and warehouse team members
* Any other duties as seen fit by the manager for you to fulfill your role

* Comply with all HSEQ company process and policy.
* Work with a range of individuals from skilled technicians to disadvantaged individuals.

Who you are:
* Demonstrated experience with listing and managing retail sales on both eBay and Amazon sales platforms
* Able to drive a forklift with valid forklift licence is highly desirable
* General technical knowledge to help customers with potential inquiries about their device
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
