Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Wollongong, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and developing tailored advertising and marketing solutions. On a daily basis, this role will involve managing accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The Account Manager will also stay informed on market trends to identify and attract new business opportunities.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and account management skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
* Proficient in tailoring advertising and marketing strategies, with a solid understanding of campaign development and execution.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of the media or entertainment industry is a plus.
* Proficiency in CRM software and basic digital marketing platforms is beneficial.
* Passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving measurable results.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
