Job Description
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality services including functional behavioural assessments, development and review of Behaviour Support Plans, and training families, carers and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Behaviour Support services in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards & Restrictive Practice Rules.
* Conduct functional behavioural assessments to identify individual needs.
* Develop and review Behaviour Support Plans tailored to participant requirements.
Candidates without prior experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong academic performance at postgraduate level as well as appropriate industry-based experience through an internship. We also welcome applications from individuals who are currently pursuing relevant qualifications through coursework. ] Furthermore, additional”training beyond the minimum required credentials would be valuable assets of your candidate profile. Be willing to commit one hour per month (one day every quarter)for thirty minutes initial conversation after this training that could last one day (short intensive).
