Position Summary
Based in Sydney Metrol with a requirement to travel regionally for a minimum of 2 nights bi‐monthly. The role is for a Territory Sales Professional as an Area Sales Representative for the Clipsal by Schneider family. The Home and Distribution business is innovative, growing, and constantly evolving.
Responsibilities
* Execute an effective territory business plan, hit targets and deliver results.
* Develop effective call cycles, nurture client relationships and be influential at every turn.
* Demonstrate commercial sensibility with clients, develop value, listen to the market and respond with best solutions.
* Be a subject matter expert, offer insight and knowledge of market dynamics, project activity, and engage positively with clients.
* Advocate and champion the Clipsal and Schneider brand values amongst contractor and wholesaler channels.
Qualifications & Skills
* Exceptional product knowledge – deep understanding of the products.
* Commercial know‐how – utilising market knowledge with customers and colleagues.
* Passion for the Schneider brand – acting as an advocate.
* Track record of territory management success; internally motivated, loves delivering for clients.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver effective, enduring commercial sales outcomes.
* Experience in engineering or electrical industries is a plus but not required.
Work Flexibility
The role supports a sensible approach to flexibility with output‐based evaluation rather than clock‐in/clock‐out measures.
