As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily operations across all food and beverage outlets, including two specialist bars, a 170-seat restaurant, in-room dining, minibar services, and the conference/events department. Your primary objective is to ensure outstanding guest and member experiences through exceptional service delivery, maintaining full compliance with brand standards.

* Take accountability for monthly stock takes and inventory control
* Motivate and incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue
* Conduct annual and mid-year performance appraisals for managers under your supervision
* Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Organize regular communication meetings and ensure minutes are recorded
* Promote environmentally responsible practices
* Support other departments as needed and maintain positive working relationships
* Comply with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
