About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in Australia's construction materials industry, supplying high‐quality asphalt products for major road, infrastructure and civil projects nationwide.
Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate asphalt plant machinery, including front‐end loaders, Bobcats and forklifts.
* Batch asphalt mixes according to specified designs and manage dispatch via the docket system.
* Load and dispatch trucks, ensuring accurate material delivery.
* Participate in safety initiatives: pre‐start meetings, toolbox talks and incident reporting.
Qualifications
* Driver's licence and reliable transport.
* RII or VOC certification for front‐end loader, Bobcat or forklift.
* Previous experience in the asphalt or civil industry (preferred but not essential).
* White Card.
* Ability to pass drug and alcohol test.
