We are currently seeking a motivated and commercially focused
Territory Manager – HCP
to join our high-performing Consumer/OTC field team in VIC. This role will manage a strategically important territory of Melbourne's western and south-western suburbs, extending through to Geelong.
Reporting to the Sales Manager (HCP), you will be responsible for promoting a range of leading products across Nasal & Sinus Solutions, Infant Formula, GI and Women's Health and achieving sales objectives both directly through pharmacists, and indirectly through influence of HCP recommendation.
Key responsibilities:
* Engage with healthcare professionals across GPs, medical centres, linked pharmacies and specialist clinics to identify needs, present production information and collaborate on digital initiatives, events and CRM
* Promote a portfolio of leading OTC brands including Maltofer, Flo, Novalac, Zantac, and others
* Detail clinical information effectively to GPs, ENTs, paediatricians, practice nurses and pharmacists, supporting evidence-based recommendations
* Conduct one-on-one calls, small group sessions and educational meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships across the territory
* Identify growth opportunities through sales data analysis and market insights
* Use and maintain the CRM system to plan, track and follow up all engagements for maximum impact
What we're looking for:
To succeed in this environment you must be self-motivated, adaptable, highly organised and able to work in a collaborative team environment. In addition, you will bring:
* Proven success in pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare sales
* Confidence in interpreting and communicating clinical data in a way that resonates with GPs, paediatricians, ENTs, and other healthcare professionals
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
* A high level of self-motivation and organisation, with the ability to work independently across a broad territory
* CRM proficiency and strong planning and analytical capabilities
* Tertiary qualifications in a pharmacy, science or business discipline (highly regarded)
