Salary: $85K + Super | Full Time
About our client
Our client is a respected service-based retailer known for reliable support, quality advice, and a loyal customer base. With a strong retail presence and a busy field service operation, they are now seeking an experienced Retail/Service Manager to take ownership of store performance and lead a team of technicians.
About the role
This position blends retail leadership with service coordination. You'll oversee the daily operation of the store, manage 6-7 technicians, and ensure smooth scheduling, great customer experiences, and strong commercial outcomes. The role is Monday to Friday, with some weekend flexibility during peak periods.
What you will do
* Oversee daily store operations and retail presentation
* Drive store performance, sales results, and customer satisfaction
* Train and develop casual retail assistants
* Provide product and equipment advice, including basic testing services
* Manage stock control, merchandising, and cash handling
* Schedule daily routes for 6-7 technicians, including urgent updates

* Proven ability to lead teams or coordinate workflow
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Confidence managing scheduling and competing priorities
* A calm, practical, and can-do approach in busy environments
