Pharmacy Technician Role in Medicines at Home Service
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Medicines at Home service team based at Ipswich Hospital.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to play a key role in the development of our Homecare Medicines services across East Suffolk and North Essex.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing Homecare Medicines services, including Medicines at Home and OPAT (outpatient parenteral antimicrobial therapy).
* Contributing to the day-to-day running of the Pharmacy Medicines at Home service, providing medication to patients across the region.
* Working closely with clinics and Medicines at Home service providers to implement service level agreements in line with clinical governance.
