Job Description
1. Handling Corporate events/ team events and organizing the same
2. Coordinate between the corporate secretaries to make sure documents of BCS is up to date and accurate
3. Assist HR in executing team building activities and trainings or any other Center wide huddles/town halls
4. Coordinating between the account managers and Finance/HR team to ensure operations smoothly run
5. Candidate should have some knowledge or interest in systems and operating systems (HRIS, Finance)
6. Should have good presentation skills
7. Problem solving skills
8. Should be able to initiate tasks too
Requirements
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
10. Proven experience in operations coordination, or related roles.
11. Knowledge or interest in HRIS and Finance systems is preferred.
12. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
13. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to take initiative.
14. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
