The Gordon is seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join the Wellbeing and Inclusion team as an Administration Assistant.
This exciting role involves providing essential support to staff and enhancing the student experience by effectively managing rosters, records, and communication.
As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the Student Education Assistant (SEA) program. Your exceptional organisational skills will ensure everything runs smoothly, from coordinating staff schedules to maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Wellbeing and Inclusion team
* Manage staff rosters and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate communication across the team
* Support the smooth running of the Student Education Assistant (SEA) program
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar qualification
* Demonstrated competence through relevant administrative experience
* Experience in coordinating staff schedules
* Competence in Microsoft Office suite and confident in using student management systems
Benefits:
* Part-time 0.80 FTE position until 19 December 2025
* Salary range: $68,392 - $74,345 p.a. (pro-rata)
* Superannuation paid at current rate
