Overview
Cape Shades Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Patio Installer to join our team in Busselton, Western Australia. As a Patio Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of high-quality shade structures, such as patios, pergolas and shade sails, for residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits. Applicants must be Australian citizens only.
What you'll be doing
* Assembling and installing shade structures, including posts, beams, rafters and roofing materials
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship
* Providing excellent customer service and addressing any client questions or concerns
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area throughout the installation process
* Collaborating with the wider team to meet project deadlines and targets
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum 2 years\' experience as a Patio Installer or similar construction role
* Strong practical skills and the ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
* Knowledge and implementation of safety procedures
* White card certification is required for this position
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Good communication and customer service skills
