As a Regional Manager for the Australian Capital Territory, you will drive CA ANZ's presence, reputation and growth in the region. This pivotal role is key to expanding CPD and membership opportunities.
* Lead a high-performing team of professionals and manage key employer accounts to deliver events and initiatives that amplify member value.
* Develop and execute a strategic regional engagement plan to strengthen CA ANZ's presence in ACT.
* Drive account management and deliver on CPD and membership sales targets.
* Manage local governance groups, including the ACT Regional Council, and oversee Canberra office operations.
* Provide actionable regional insights to inform strategy and advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Deliver high-impact member events and community initiatives that promote professional development.
* Build strong relationships with members, employers, and strategic partners to foster collaborative growth.
* Champion workplace health and safety across the region.
* Oversee budget and facilities for the Canberra office.
