This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator looking for a step up into an office manager as well as a pathway into HR.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Sydney office by managing all key office-based support functions. This role will also have an opportunity to assist the Global P&C Team in providing support for P&C relating tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all logistics around the Sydney office, including vendor management, office supply ordering, catering and office maintenance
- Support People & Culture team leaders with processes such as onboarding, remote office management and office events
- Work with the Talent Engagement team to assist in coordinating onsite, offsite and virtual events; design and execute fun and creative ways to create an engaging atmosphere for our team in the office
- Respond to any office-related questions or needs from employees and guests
- Greet and assist in-person visitors when they arrive at the office
**About You**:
- At least 1-year experience in Office Administration or Office Management
- Keen interest in progressing within HR and or Talent Acquisition.
- You are self-sufficient and comfortable with working with little supervision and direction.
- A team player who is able to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation and who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, positive, and personable with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Creative, energetic and committed to elevating the in-office experience by supporting and developing our culture and community
