Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide procurement and purchasing support, manage vendor onboarding, and collaborate with various teams.
* Providing procurement and purchasing support services
* Managing vendor onboarding and relationships
* Master data management of vendors in SAP systems
* Converting approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
* Collaborating with the procurement, inventory, and accounts teams for effective process implementation
* Managing inboxes, generating reports, and performing various administrative tasks
* Engaging with stakeholders and delivering excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a purchasing role or similar, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
