Technical Support Specialist Role Overview
Bridgestone is seeking a driven professional to join its Technical Field Service team at the Queensland State office in Murarrie, reporting to the Technical Field Service Manager.

In this role, you will:
* Provide technical support to Retail, Wholesale, and Commercial departments.
* Monitor customer feedback and warranty claims to identify product issues for new and re-treaded tyres.
* Work closely with consumer product testing teams to manage and conduct necessary testing.
* Analyse survey results to develop market insights and support actions arising from findings.
About You
You'll be a highly motivated professional committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Additionally, you'll have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated high-level written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Demonstrated tyre and/or mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
