**Role Overview:**
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will coordinate marketing activities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth client experience, meeting deadlines, and providing our internal team with the necessary resources to deliver high-quality outcomes. Your confidence in communicating with professionals, coupled with your ability to gather information quickly, will keep the marketing activities moving forward.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Liaise with multiple clients to gather requirements, approvals, and updates.
- Coordinate workflow between clients and our Marketing Manager, designers, and support staff.
- Plan and schedule social media content across agreed platforms.
- Capture on-site content, including photos and short-form videos, as needed.
- Prepare content briefs, draft captions, and maintain content calendars.
- Assist with campaign coordination, email marketing, basic website updates, and simple collateral requests.
- Track deliverables, follow up on approvals, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support reporting efforts by providing basic performance insights and monthly activity summaries.
- Maintain organized file management, templates, and brand assets.
**About You:**
To excel in this role, you will need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a client environment. You have a passion for marketing, respond naturally, and communicate clearly.
**You Will Ideally Have:**
- A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or be currently studying in the area.
- A strong interest in social media and digital marketing, with an understanding of what performs well.
- Experience using tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- A current driver's license and reliable transport for daily travel between offices.
