**Job Title**: Bullion Inventory Manager

## **Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily inventory management of bullion and precious metals, ensuring accuracy in counts, weights, and records.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet business needs while minimizing storage costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and finance departments for inventory replenishment and reconciliation.
- Perform regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and maintain secure storage protocols, adhering to all industry standards and regulatory requirements for handling precious metals.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation for inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
- Develop and improve inventory management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial, legal, and regulatory requirements related to bullion handling.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and procurement, to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, trends, and risks for senior management.
## **Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with bullion trading or financial markets.
- Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
