About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to take a step towards your profession as a Mortgage Broker. You will be provided with all the necessary training to have a successful career! Not only will you be mentored by a highly experienced General Manager, but you will also receive access to quality leads. This coupled with your outstanding interpersonal and networking skills will allow you to develop relationships and attract customers to undertake their finance journey with Truevest.
We have a significant client book, with a large number of annual refinance opportunities. Delivering extraordinary service from introduction through to settlement, continuing post settlement with ongoing relationship management of the customer, you will focus on nurturing customers and guiding them through the loan process, and contribute to increasing our loan and insurance portfolio.
Key responsibilities include
* Building long-term relationships with customers.
* Attracting and nurturing customers through the loan process.
* Completing finance assessments and providing tailored lending solutions.
* Completing loan applications, processing and settlements.
* Working with our in-house administration assistance.
* Liaising with customers, lenders and associated agencies.
* Keeping up to date with the lending marketplace and changes.
About you
You are a people person who loves working with customers. Highly motivated, you are self-starter and able to work well both autonomously and within a team.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or a similar industry could be beneficial.
* Positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
* Brilliant problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* High-level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Currently studying or willing to study a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
* Current, valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle to attend out of office appointments.
