Early Childhood Development Professional
This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young individuals and their families. As an Early Childhood Practitioner, you will be at the forefront of delivering support to families with children who have developmental concerns, delay, or disability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement evidence-based practices to support children under nine years old with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families/carers.
* Support families to access community resources and services that cater to their child's specific needs.
* Build strong relationships with families, community organizations, and education settings to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of best practices in early childhood intervention and advocate for inclusive and accessible environments.
Requirements:
* A current Working with Children's Check or VIT registration.
* A minimum Diploma-qualified qualification in Early Childhood, Allied Health, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent areas.
* A National Police Criminal History Check (arranged and paid by the employer).
* A valid full Victorian Driver's Licence.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a practitioner in the child, youth, and family welfare field.
* A commitment to the family-centered approach and ECIA best practices.
* Lived experience of the impact of existing or acquired disability upon individuals, carers, and community.
