About Our Video Production Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Videographer/Video Director to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, including filming and directing commercials, short-form social media content, and other video ads. They will also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, you will work closely with producers, editors, and actors to bring creative ideas to life. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from concept development to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in an agency, freelance, or in-house setting
* Excellent creative mind and project management skills
* Pacing for short social ads and deep knowledge of creating strong concepts and hooks
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Demonstrated expertise in video production software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., film, television, communications)
