- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound): Experience in using HIFU technology to perform non-invasive skin lifting and tightening treatments.
- Facials: Skilled in delivering a variety of facial treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Selling memberships, skin care and other services to clients and an ability to talk to clients in a consultative manner.
- Ability to manage a clinic and all its associated requirements
**Responsibilities**:
- Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
- Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organisational goals
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed to develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
- Act as a liaison between clients and the clinic
- Assist in the review and discovery of new sites to open new e-skin branches then be involved in the setup, training and opening of new branches
- Handle all online reviews and ensure the clinic operates always at a level of 5 stars. Manage all replies to reviews and ensure every review receive a reply
- Managing internal and external communications, answering queries about the clinic
- Creation of new services and products to meet financial goals in conjunction with owners
- Creation and /or modification of membership platforms to ensure financial goals are delivered
- Assist with the social media marketing, including content generation, preparation and editing
- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve hours worked by staff if required
- Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
- Management of including implementing & training of staff in all company policies
- Deliver/perform client treatments offered and sold by the business
- Manage ongoing staff training and new product launch coordination and implementation
- Marketing operations involving contacting customers directly, offering special deals to customers and working to ensure customer retention as a priority
- Integrated use of the company's marketing generation software tools and direct liaison with clients to sell, educate and book appointments.
- Follow any lawful direction given by the owners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of Certificate 4 in Beauty Therapy and/or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, preferred Diploma in Salon Management
- Proven track record in managing a similar business involving creating a loyal clientele
- Relevant certifications and training in HIFU and/or associated equipment used
- Ability to develop a team of skilled beauty therapists
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for skincare and beauty treatments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A great ability to communicate to all types of people
