**Job Title:** Sales Administrator
**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is organized, and has excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Liaising with company solicitors, settlement agents, customers, and clients.
* Preparation of minutes, Disclosure Statements, property reports, and other relevant documentation.
* Organisation and collaboration with sales agents to ensure administration tasks pertaining to the sales and leasing workflow are completed proactively and to a consistently high standard.
* Providing general day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
* Data entry and database management.
* Assisting with the organisation of both team and client meetings.
* Assisting client communication throughout the sales process.
* Auction preparation and assisting with inspections.
* Risk compliance - managing risks within the agency and with clients.
* Update and maintenance of CRM system.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 2 years experience within a Real Estate environment.
* Strong knowledge in residential real estate legislation.
