About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical and control systems projects across critical infrastructure and industrial environments. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, from early design and planning through to commissioning and handover.
You will provide strong leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, including control systems and electrical engineers, while maintaining close engagement with key clients and stakeholders. This role requires a structured, delivery-focused approach with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, performance tracking and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver small to large, complex electrical and control systems projects in line with scope, schedule and budget.
* Manage the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning.
* Provide clear leadership and direction to project teams, including control systems and electrical engineers.
* Manage and interface with key client stakeholders throughout project delivery.
* Track, forecast and report on project performance, including schedule, cost, risk and quality metrics.
* Apply project management methodologies and governance frameworks consistently across projects.
* Manage contracts, variations and commercial outcomes in line with project objectives.
* Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues to minimise impacts on delivery.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, to quality standards and in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
