We're after a full time video editor to join us onsite at our Richmond office. You'll be editing a mix of content, from BTS footage to talking head interviews, and short ad style clips. We shoot it, you shape it.
What you'll be doing
* Editing short form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
* Cutting BTS footage, talking heads, tool and product demos, ad style promos and more.
* Highlighting the best hooks, moments and visuals to bring our clients' stories to life.
* Working with our content team to keep everything on brand, engaging and ready to publish.
What we're looking for
* Solid experience editing short form content for social media (not your first rodeo).
* Strong sense of pacing, story and visual rhythm, especially in BTS and talking head edits.
* Someone who can spot the gold in raw footage and knows how to shape it into something people actually want to watch.
* Reliable, collaborative, and happy working onsite with a small, creative crew.
