You thrive in complex environments and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to building scalable and reliable platform services.You will demonstrate:* A degree in IT or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education* Proven experience designing and operating cloud platforms in AWS and/or Azure environments* Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)* Experience implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus, CloudWatch, Datadog)* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience diagnosing complex platform or infrastructure issues* Experience working in large, complex IT environments and supporting change or modernisation initiatives* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams* Demonstrated commitment to automation, standardisation and continuous improvement practicesAppointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks, which may include verification of the right to work in Australia, qualifications, and criminal history checks.
