**About the Role:)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our dynamic Aged Care team at Karlarra House in South Hedland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of nurses, care assistants, and an Aboriginal Liaison Officer in providing high-quality care to residents with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical, managerial, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to lead a team in delivering person-centered care that meets all relevant Aged Care quality standards. They will also be able to manage human, material, and environmental resources effectively to achieve optimal resident care.
**Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical leadership and nursing consultation to the clinical team
* Work in partnership with the Facility Manager to ensure high standards of clinical care to residents
* Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver person-centered care
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Advanced clinical, managerial, and leadership skills
* Proven ability to lead a team in delivering aged care that is person centered and meets all relevant Aged Care quality standards
* Demonstrated well-developed ability to manage human, material, and environmental resources to achieve optimum resident care
* Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
