We’re looking for passionate and reliable Sous Chefs and CDPs to join the team at The Lawns of the Triangle — a unique hospitality precinct in Canberra’s National Triangle. You’ll work across three distinct venues: Ballyhoo – a bold, fire-fuelled restaurant; The Lawns – our premium functions and events brand. 
This is a great opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment with strong leadership, fresh seasonal menus, and room to grow. You’ll be exposed to both day-to-day service and large-scale functions, all while being supported by a team that wants you to succeed. 
Responsibilities 
Work alongside senior chefs in prep and service 
Learn how to run sections and execute high-quality dishes 
Support both restaurant and event service 
Keep your section clean, organised, and ready to go 
Grow your skills across multiple cuisines and service styles 
You are 
Reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn 
Passionate about food and working as part of a team 
Comfortable in a busy kitchen environment
