Insurance Sector Sales Professional

We are seeking a results-driven sales expert to join our team, focusing on the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managed services and software solutions sales within the industry.

1. Drive new business opportunities and expand client base by leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional value to clients and help them achieve strategic objectives.
2. Manage full sales process using consultative selling approach to achieve sales quotas.
3. Develop and manage pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
4. Collaborate with pre-sales and product operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Lead contract and pricing negotiations to close deals, ensuring seamless transition for new clients.
6. Provide regular updates, projections, and forecasts of sales activities using company reporting tools.
7. Establish and maintain executive-level relationships, tailoring solutions to specific client needs.
8. Attend conferences and industry-related events to network and promote services.
9. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of products and services.
10. Travel up to 20% as required.


Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in managed services/outsourcing or software sales with proven track record of quota achievement.
2. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analyze needs of prospects.
3. Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. Experience in the insurance industry is required.
