About the Role

Join Grampians Health to support a specialised multidisciplinary team delivering continence care across the region. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of administration tasks, streamline processes and provide vital support that helps improve client outcomes.

Coordinate clinic schedules and appointment

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and education material- s
Maintain stock, resources and equipment hir- e

Key Responsibilities

Complete daily office tasks and correspondenc

Prepare and maintain service records and report- s
Provide internal and external customer suppor- t
Assist with education events and resource managemen- t
Support accounts, stock levels and equipment hir- e

Skills & Experience

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data system
