The mine site and roster With an excellent relationship with the principal miner and working with a long contract on site the contactor offers the following;- 8/6 Roster - days only FIFO from Perth Camp accommodation, including en-suite rooms plus meals provided Camp is only a 5 minute drive to the site, with an airstrip on site Canteen and wet mess, plus gym on site Great camp culture, with basketball courts and other recreational facilities The duties and team Looking after the dewatering on site, you'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected maintenance team with a great culture. Reporting into the leading hand on crew you will be responsible for;- Service and repairs of Denver Orion slurry pumps Service and repair of helical rotor pumps sets Service and repairs of mono pumps Pipe and infrastructure work around the pump stations Back to back duties with the other pump fitter in the crew Your skills and experience You will come from a Pipe fitting/ boiler making/ mechanical fitting or diesel fitting background with a minimum 1-2 years experience working underground mining. Most importantly you will;- Have an eagerness to continue/learn the UG hard rock mining sector Have an excellent attitude towards work and developing new skills Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals Have the ability to work autonomously and a willingness to "have a go" Prioritises safety as number one What's Next?
