The Role
Your role is to participate in the successful day-to-day production of food in the kitchen and presenting each meal to the satisfaction of our customers.
What We Are Looking For
* Ensure that foods are prepared, cooked and presented according to the menu, recipe and according to the Hotel Safe Food & Hygiene Standards
* Take responsibility for a high standard of cleanliness of the food preparation and storage areas eg dry store, cool room & common kitchen areas
* Prepare mis-en-place preparation lists on a daily basis
* Ensure that all food production for the various outlets is timely and appropriate.

Talent Profile
* Minimum 6 months in a Commis Chef position
* High school education or diploma in culinary is required
* Previous experience in a 5 star hotel
