Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to provide administrative support to staff in Conveyancing, Local Government and General Law.

The primary functions of the role include:

* Preparing advices, contracts for sale and purchase, LRS forms
* Preparing Family Law documents
* Preparing Estate Matter documents
* Typing documents and correspondence, including dictation work
* Liaising with clients, experts, solicitors and barristers
* Filing and archiving
* Diary and file management
* Preparing monthly invoices
* Other administrative tasks

The successful candidate will have:

* A minimum of 3 years legal experience in conveyancing, and general law matters
* Intermediate Word, Outlook and Excel skills
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills
* Good organisational skills with the ability to assist in managing matters
* Strong attention to detail
* A typing speed of at least 65wpm
* Knowledge of Lexis Nexis Affinity would be an advantage

This is a varied and busy role that requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent support to our lawyers and clients.
