The Role

As a result of internal movements, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to work within the Workplace Rehabilitation and Health Division.

This a permanent position, located in our national HQ in Gosford servicing our national Workplace Rehabilitation & Health team of 60+ employees.

Our WRH team works to deliver employees and employers a safe and durable return to work plan under the under various insurance schemes. If you are passionate about fostering a healthy work environment and helping individuals thrive, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing incredible communication and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
* Overseeing the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal
* Processing WRH referrals
* Using Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements
* Driving new initiatives and work practices

Role Requirements:

* Outstanding customer service skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to attend to incoming queries, issues and to effectively deal with the needs of clients as they arise
