We have an exciting opportunity for a General Labourer to join our Casino team in the Livestock and Yards department on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Livestock Foreman, this position will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of livestock, as well as aiding in daily general labouring duties associated with the Livestock and Yards department.The role will require the ability to work flexible hours on a morning shift.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Time management skills and ability to keep up with a fast paced production environment
Thorough understanding of animal welfare requirements
Livestock industry experience
Good cattle sense
Commitment to undertake training as required
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
Strong adherence to WHS procedures
