About the Role
This role is simple: hunt, farm, and close.
We're looking for an Account Executive who's hungry, resourceful, and loves selling. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos through to signed deals and account expansion.
This is a founding sales member role. It's a revenue-generating role — and the right person will be focused on building pipeline, closing business, and crushing quota.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demos, proposals, closing.
* Manage a clean and active pipeline in our CRM.
* Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Work inbound leads as needed, but build your own pipeline via outbound.
* Expand accounts post-sale (farming / upsell opportunities).
* Use tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc. to manage outreach and follow‐up.
* Provide feedback to founders on what's working and what's not.
Key Requirements
* 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (any industry accepted); experience with a construction software vendor for more than 1 year is an advantage.
* Comfortable with cold outbound and high‐volume activity.
* Proven ability to hit and exceed quota whilst self‐managing with minimal guidance.
* Experience handling deals in the $50K–$250K ARR range.
* Energetic, determined to win, and proactive about generating leads.
* Strong communicator — you know how to qualify and close.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with the AEC industry or similar (non‐mandatory).
* Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
* Worked in a startup or early‐stage environment before, where a U.S. based Software firm had set up shop in APAC and you were an early employee.
