Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the operations of our organization, ensuring it continues to effectively support and represent the interests of its member clubs across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring it delivers on its strategic objectives
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including financial management, HR, training and stakeholder engagement
* Represent the organization externally, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including government, industry bodies, and member clubs
* Drive the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that support and benefit member clubs
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
* Lead, motivate, and develop the organization's team to enable them to effectively support the organization's objectives
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the not-for-profit or association environment
* Proven track record of driving strategic change and delivering results in a complex stakeholder environment
* Strong financial management and business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and ensure financial sustainability
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
* Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
* Familiarity with RTO operations or training programs is an advantage
