About the role
As a Mental Health Clinician at eheadspace, you will work in a fast-paced productive and fully remote environment, working alongside young people and their families from all across Australia, delivering phone and online care that is accessible, inclusive, developmentally appropriate and evidence based.
You will be committed to delivering safe and quality services and be open to continuous learning and professional development. In this role, you will support young people and their families with mild - to complex mental health presentations and work as part of a multidisciplinary team including working alongside Peer Workers.
Roster on Offer
Shift start and ends times are documented in Melbourne Time.
Staff can work these hours and be based in other Australian Time Zones and will just need to adjust to Melbourne time which changes every 6 months due to Daylight Savings

2 fixed team-based shifts Monday - Friday, shift times are a combination of the following times:
2:30pm - ****pm (Melbourne Time)
4pm - 12am ( April - October) or 5pm - 1am ( October - April) (Melbourne Time)
All Rosters include at least one weekend shift per fortnight
What we are looking for:
eheadspace is looking for skilled mental health clinicians who are passionate about working with young people and their families and are committed to continuous learning, reflection and supervision
A mental health clinician who is client-centred, uses evidence-based approaches to care, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Someone with strong communication and clinical skills enabling you to build effective therapeutic relationships and navigate complex care systems with confidence and compassion
Approved tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology, mental health nursing, and occupational therapy; or a Masters in Counselling (minimum Level 3, ACA).
Eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body: Social workers are required by the Australian Government Department of Health to be eligible for full membership with AASW. Psychologists, mental health nurses, and occupational therapists are required to have full registration with AHPRA.
Those with a Masters in Counselling need to have eligibility for full professional registration at a minimum of Level 3 within the Australian Counselling Association scope of practice guidelines.
