Parts Interpreter Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers.
* You will assist customers with product information and advice, as well as problem solve and provide solutions using sales techniques.
Your duties will include processing customer orders, efficiently dispatching products and parts, promoting specials, arranging buy ins, processing customer credits and being the first point of contact for customers.
Requirements
* You must have strong technical knowledge of automotive/mechanical components.
