Responsibilities
Lead design on multi-residential & seniors living projects that shape communities

Collaborating with directors, colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects that win awards—not just approvals
Using your advanced Revit skills to create, coordinate, and present documentation that makes design intent crystal clear
Engaging in design reviews and client presentations where your voice carries weight
What you'll be doing (and why it matters)
Taking the design lead on significant projects, ensuring your creative vision is realised
Collaborating with directors, colleagues, consultants, and clients to deliver projects that win awards—not just approvals
Using your advanced Revit skills to create, coordinate, and present documentation that makes design intent crystal clear
Engaging in design reviews and client presentations where your voice carries weight
What you'll need
5-7 years post-graduation, with at least 3 years in the Australian market
Strong portfolio in multi-residential and/or seniors living design
Advanced Revit skills (non-negotiable)
Confident communicator, comfortable in client meetings and design discussions
Registered architect—or working towards registration
Bonus points for experience in Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Suite, or sustainability-focused design
