A rare opportunity has arisen for a Junior Retail Manager to step into their first role located on a sub-regional shopping centre. This role has become available due to a recent acquisition.
Reporting into the Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
- Arrears management
- Active participation within leasing
- Assist in forecasting and reporting requirements
- Annual business planning
- Implementation of effective communication between all divisions
- Centre compliance
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of the key fundamentals of a shopping centre environment, and ideally strong experience within a Senior Administration role or current Retail Manager position.
