Your newly appointed position will be comforted within a corporate office, operating within a fast-paced environment. Your daily responsibilities will provide a pivotal role to the business, by supporting the business owner and the leadership team.
As the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be required to work full-time hours and represent the company in a friendly, professional manner. Your daily responsibilities are the key for business and personal success. Previous administration experience is required and the use of Salesforce would be an advantage.
- **As the Customer Experience Co-ordinator you will;**_
- Personal Assistant to Management
- Answering phones as the first point of contact
- Customer Liaison
- Scheduling workflow
- Purchasing materials
- Data Entry and delivery of paperwork to the right person
- Drafting and providing quotes
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors for work orders
- Participate in meetings when required
- Opening and closing procedures
- General administrative tasks
- Customer service reports
**To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for**:
- Experience working in a small family business
- Proven experience in fast-paced Administration or similar role (1-2 years desired)
- Demonstrated customer service skills and experience (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong and positive working relationships
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast paced and productive environment
- A strong team player who also has an ability to work autonomously
- A professional attitude and approach
