Job Role: Sous Chef
The cafe operates 7 days a week, offering an Italian-influenced breakfast and lunch menu, as well as occasional functions. Lead the development of our vibrant food and beverage business in a close-knit team environment.
Our cafe combines American design with an Italian heritage, where you will run your own section in a high-quality cafe environment. Ensure efficient food production and quality control by working closely with the Head Chef.
Key responsibilities include following standardised recipes correctly to provide food to the highest standard, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and quality, and managing the cafe's daily operations.
A Certificate 3 in commercial cookery, 2 years' experience working in a busy high-quality cafe, a love for food, and a great work ethic are essential requirements for this role.
