Regional Payroll Manager Job Summary

* Manage, maintain and enhance payroll systems including SAP, KRONOS and SuccessFactors ensuring optimal performance.
* Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations and end-of-financial-year processes delivering accurate reporting to stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements, efficiency gains and regional collaboration through forums technical upgrades and best practice sharing.
* Provide guidance, training and support to staff and managers on payroll-related matters ensuring compliance and service excellence.
About You
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Extensive senior-level payroll management experience particularly in multi-site or regional operations.
* Strong expertise in payroll compliance including interpretation and application of awards, agreements and industrial relations legislation.
* Demonstrated ability to lead payroll teams with a focus on staff development, performance management and maintaining internal controls to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
* Proficient in payroll systems and advanced excel with track record of managing audits, reconciliations and detailed reporting.
