About this role
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a Digital Growth Marketing Manager to drive the next phase of growth online. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take ownership of the brand's digital ecosystem, spanning paid performance, CRM and loyalty, digital content, and eCommerce.
You'll lead the digital function end-to-end, combining performance marketing with brand storytelling to drive awareness, acquisition, and online revenue growth.
* Own and grow the DTC eCommerce channel
* Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google, SEO, and TikTok
* Manage campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, and new customer acquisition goals
* Build and manage an always-on campaign calendar in partnership with in-house creative
* Optimise site conversion, UX, and CRO strategies (Shopify Plus)
* Lead CRM, email, and loyalty strategy using platforms like Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Recharge
* Drive organic and paid influencer/UGC campaigns to fuel digital reach and engagement
* Strengthen agency partnerships and reporting processes across all key channels
* Support expansion into Amazon and international markets
Key qualifications
* A commercially minded digital marketer who blends data with creativity
* 5+ years' experience in digital marketing across eComm, performance, and CRM
* Exposure to FMCG, DTC, food, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands
* Proven success driving growth through paid media, digital content, and lifecycle marketing
* Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and performance dashboards
