The Role
You'll manage a mixed commercial portfolio across retail, office, and industrial assets, overseeing day‐to‐day operations while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing lease administration and tenant communications
* Coordinating leasing enquiries, inspections, and lease renewals
* Handling rent reviews, outgoings reconciliations, and arrears management
* Overseeing maintenance requests and contractor coordination
* Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
* Managing bank guarantees, bonds, and tenancy setup processes
* Assisting with marketing vacant spaces and property advertising
* Maintaining accurate property records and compliance documentation
About You
* Previous experience in Commercial Property Management
* Strong understanding of leases, outgoings, and tenant management
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration or Licence
* Experience with commercial property systems is highly regarded
