Position: Junior/Part Time Office Administration and Scheduling

We are a leading provider of Electrical, Air conditioning and Hazardous area electrical throughout Queensland and Interstate. We pride ourselves on providing top-tier project and maintenance services to our clients, and our team is at the heart of our success.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to work with other team members to manage our scheduling and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with SimPRO software, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment. This position would suit either:

* A junior candidate looking to gain hands on experience and develop administrative skills in a supportive environment, or
* A capable and experienced administrator looking for part-time, school-friendly hours.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist with maintaining office schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.


• Utilise SimPRO software for job scheduling, management, and reporting.


• Coordinate and communicate with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations.


• Handle administrative tasks such as digital filing, data entry, and document management.


• Provide general support to the team, including answering phones and handling inquiries.

Qualifications:


• Experience with SimPRO software is highly regarded.


• Previous experience in office administration.


• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
