About the role
Beta 1 Building Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This full-time position is crucial in supporting the construction and maintenance of buildings and structures to the highest standard. As a Carpenter, you will play a key role in the success of our growing business.
What you'll be doing
* Reading and interpreting plans to plan and carry out carpentry work
* Working in all facets of the building industry
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and procedures on site
* Collaborating with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification
What we're looking for
* Formal carpentry qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Carpentry
* Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the building and construction industry
* Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment as well on own
* Strong time management and organisational skills
