General Description of the Role
The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for ownership and execution of the Annual Brand Plan to achieve the Brand's objectives across volume, market share, CAAP, and consumer engagement, including the brand purchase funnel.
Working as a member of the Marketing team, the SBM will lead and advocate for consumer-led marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
* Develop and execute the Annual Brand Plan, managing timelines, budgets, and alignment.
* Deliver sales volume, net sales value, market share, and profit projections for the brand.
* Utilize grounded consumer insights to plan, direct, and manage marketing efforts to maximize ROI.
* Ensure brand integrity at all times.
* Align with the Global Brand House team on global brand guidelines.
* Develop agency briefs for all marketing mix elements and manage agency activities.
* Lead PR and grassroots activities.
* Manage the budget and execution of all marketing mix elements.
* Coordinate with Commercial Sales Managers and cross-functional teams on key brand plans and activities.
* Scope, develop, and execute the brand's business strategy, identifying commercially viable opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Global Brand Team, local Consumer Insights, and Innovation teams on brand projects for the Australian market.
* Advocate for the brand within the business to engage and motivate Camparistas.
* Lead the evolution of the brand's long-term positioning.
* Conduct brand risk assessments and portfolio management as needed.
* Monitor ongoing brand health and analyze brand performance post-implementation.

External : Media, PR, Social, and activation agencies
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
* Degree qualified in Marketing or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.
* Experience in FMCG or Liquor Industry, especially within the Australian market.
* Experience managing a large value brand or multiple brands.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
* Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work.
* Motivated, energetic, with a proactive approach.
* Creative, innovative mindset with passion for branding.
* Business acumen with a commercial mindset.
