Responsibilities
* Mowing of lawns is essential for keeping the grass at a manageable height.
* Whipper snipping helps maintain neat edges around gardens and other areas.
* Weeding is crucial in removing unwanted plants that compete with desirable ones for water and nutrients.
* Removing leaves can be done using either a leaf blower or sweeping method.
* Planting and re-potting new plants can help refresh and revitalize your garden space.
* Mulching retains moisture and suppresses weeds.
* Light rubbish removal may be required depending on the service.
* Ad hoc duties will also be required based on the employees' skills.
Requirements
* You must have relevant experience/appropriate qualifications in Gardening and/or Maintenance work.
* You should have access to own tools and transportation.
* A valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC - E) or Blue Card is necessary.
* A current NDIS Workers Screening Check with Simply Helping added as a notified organisation for the duration of employment is required.
* A valid National Police Check, or a current valid International Police Check and working visa is necessary.
* You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* You should be able to work without direct supervision.
* You need to be comfortable with a high level of accountability.
